Ocams Privacy Policy


This document, “Privacy Policy”, describes how Ocams collects, processes, and stores the personal data of users on Ocams (www.Ocams.com), which may also be referred to as “Website”, “We”, “Us”, or “Site”. By visiting the Site, you signify your agreement and acceptance to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If for any reason you do not agree with the terms stated in this Privacy Policy, do not access the Site or use any of its Services. We understand that protecting your privacy is extremely important.

Data We Collect/May Collect

During the registration process for the Site we request personal information including but not limited to your email address.

We may also request and/or collect personal information from you when you choose to share it such as during your use of the Site, when you sign up for a mailing list or newsletter, if you request information from us, and/or otherwise make contact with the Site.

Third Party Collection of Information

This Privacy Policy only relates to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information that is collected from you by us. If you disclose your Personal Information to any third party either on our system or other sites throughout the internet, different rules and Privacy Policies may apply to how they use such information. This extends to the use of third party billers and/or IPSPs that may be used to process payments to Ocams who may need to collect credit card and Personal Information to process and/or authorize a payment. These companies may also provide us with your Personal Information, however, they will never disclose your credit card number.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

You may update or change your Personal Information that is stored in our database at any time by informing our Customer Services Department via the contact page or by logging into your account and updating or deleting your Personal Information from there. It is important to note that when you delete Personal Information via your account, the information may still remain on our database with a deleted status until further notice.


The Site reserves the right at its own discretion to modify, change, add, remove, or otherwise revise any and/or all portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and without any notice.
